Green and blue ripples emerge from the heart and surround the body, turning to pink and purple in expanding waves. Zoned out! I keep “awakening” to new levels of sacred energy emanating from within each of my subtle “energy bodies.” A gentle smile; flow and dance; settling into the deeper channels. “You are not alone, but surrounded and supported in these ‘light orbs.” The body melts away, and what remains is a core of diffuse light, comfort, peace, relaxation, and no tension remains. I am like a “solar garden orb” like the one I purchased that is surrounded by tall, bright flowers: delphinium, lupine, spires and spikes reaching heaven-ward. The lotus opens, gentle calm, light flickers and I am restful and refreshed once again.
